Sri Krishna Balaram Goshala is a spiritual and charitable sanctuary dedicated to the care and protection of cows in the Vedic tradition. All activities, including Go-Puja ceremonies, cow feedings, and seva offerings, are spiritual and devotional in nature. They are not commercial services and do not carry any guarantee of specific outcomes, blessings, or results.

You may use this Website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or related systems.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect data without written permission.
• Impersonate the Goshala, India Heritage Foundation, or any affiliated person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who violates these Terms.

Weekday visits are by appointment only and must be scheduled through our Calendly booking link. By booking a visit, you agree to the following:

• Conduct: All visitors must behave respectfully toward cows, staff, volunteers, and the sanctity of the Goshala. We reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Visitors interact with live animals and enter an active sanctuary environment. You assume responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors in your care.
• Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Personal photography is welcome. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

Donations are processed through India Heritage Foundation's secure payment portal at secure.kbmandir.org. India Heritage Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Qualifying donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and donors receive an acknowledgment letter for their records.

• Contributions are charitable gifts supporting cow care and the Goshala's mission. They are not payments for goods or services and do not guarantee an item, ceremony outcome, or participation.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If made in error, contact info@kbgoshala.org within 7 days.
• Funds support cow care, Goshala operations, and construction of the permanent sanctuary facility, at the discretion of India Heritage Foundation.

Volunteers are valued members of our Goshala community. By signing up, you acknowledge that:

• Volunteering is voluntary and does not create an employment or contractor relationship.
• Volunteers must follow safety guidelines and staff instructions.
• Volunteers assume the inherent risks of working near large animals.
• The Goshala may accept or decline volunteer applications at its discretion.

When you visit the Goshala, staff and volunteers may photograph or record activities, ceremonies, cow interactions, and general Goshala life for social media, the Website, fundraising materials, paid advertisements, newsletters, grants, and organizational communications.

By visiting, you grant Sri Krishna Balaram Goshala and India Heritage Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your likeness in photographs and videos taken during your visit for the purposes described above, without additional compensation or notification.

If you bring a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf to use of their likeness as described above, including in paid advertisements.

If you or a minor in your care do not wish to be photographed or filmed, notify a Goshala staff member or volunteer upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though exclusion from all incidental group or open-setting photography cannot be guaranteed.

Visiting or volunteering at an active animal sanctuary involves inherent risks, including contact with large animals, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that the Goshala, India Heritage Foundation, and their officers, directors, volunteers, and agents are not liable for resulting injury, loss, or damage, except where liability cannot be waived by law.

Visitors and volunteers should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for an outdoor farm environment.

Website content, including text, photographs, videos, logos, and graphics, is the property of Sri Krishna Balaram Goshala or India Heritage Foundation and may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

You may share links and Goshala content on social media for non-commercial, awareness-building purposes with appropriate attribution.

Our Website contains links to third-party services including Calendly, Google Forms, and India Heritage Foundation's payment portal. We do not control their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

This Website and all content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sri Krishna Balaram Goshala and India Heritage Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Website use or Goshala participation, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for a claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you donated during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to courts located in Santa Clara County, California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or participation in Goshala activities after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage periodic review of this page.
